NMS Capital-backed Surplus Solutions completed the acquisition of FAMECO Group.

NMS Capital-backed Surplus Solutions, a provider of equipment lifecycle management services, completed the acquisition of FAMECO Group, a company in the sale and refurbishment of analytical laboratory and medical equipment. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Representing our first acquisition since partnering with NMS in 2022, FAMECO marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for Surplus Solutions.
