Turnspire Capital Partners completed the acquisition of GHP Group.

Turnspire Capital Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of GHP Group, a manufacturer and distributor of outdoor living, BBQ/Grill, heating, hearth, fire pits, and fountains products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “GHP is at a very exciting inflection point, with tremendous opportunities across its product portfolio.
