Calpine completed the acquisition of Quail Run Energy Center from Lotus Infrastructure Partners.

Calpine, a generator of electricity from natural gas and geothermal resources, completed the acquisition of Quail Run Energy Center from Lotus Infrastructure Partners, a private equity investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are pleased to add the Quail Run Energy Center to our industry-leading fleet of combined-cycle generation facilities.
