AxFlow, a fluid handling solutions company, completed the acquisition of Superior Pump Technologies, a renowned Australian pump and service provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition supports our strategic focus on expanding service capabilities and aligns with AxFlow’s long-standing relationship with SPX Flow, particularly in Europe, where AxFlow has supplied SPX Flow products for decades.
