Brookfield and RAIM completed the acquisition of the solar assets from Atrato Onsite for £219m.

Brookfield, an investment management company, and Real Assets Investment Management, an independent investment platform, completed the acquisition of the solar assets from Atrato Onsite, a closed-ended investment company, for £219m ($290m). “As our first investment in UK rooftop solar, we see huge potential in this sector.
