Vp to acquire Charleville Hire and Platform for €33.8m.

Vp, a specialist equipment rental business, agreed to acquire Charleville Hire and Platform, a specialist powered access companies principally servicing the growing pharma, renewables, technology and food ingredient sectors, for €33.8m.
