Golden Technology completed the acquisition of Halcyon Solutions.

Golden Technology, a provider of IT staffing and consulting solutions, completed the acquisition of Halcyon Solutions, an IT services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This merger allows us to combine our strengths and expand our service offerings.
