Good Energy, a renewable energy company, completed the acquisition of Amelio Solar Energy, a provider of solar installation services focused on supporting homeowners, and commercial and public sectors. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited by the acquisition of Amelio Solar Energy to help enable our growth in renewable energy services across the UK. It builds on our earlier acquisitions which are expanding our national footprint and allowing us to benefit from additional scale. We see strong demand for solar installations, particularly on the commercial side,” Nigel Pocklington, Good Energy CEO.
