The Original Juice completed the acquisition of SPC Global and powdered milk business from Nature One Dairy.

The Original Juice, an Australian beverage and wellness supplement company, completed the acquisition of SPC Global, a food and beverage manufacturer, and powdered milk business from Nature One Dairy, an Australian-made dairy company specializing in high-quality baby milk products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This is a transformational moment for OJC, bringing our premium portfolio of juice products and processing technology together with SPC’s iconic brands and the powdered milk business of Nature One Dairy, creating significant production capability to create a food and beverage producing market-leader.
