Thompson Street Capital-backed PestCo to acquire Green Mango Pest Control.

Thompson Street Capital-backed PestCo, a national provider of pest control services to residential and commercial customers, agreed to acquire Green Mango Pest Control, a provider of pest control services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Green Mango is the latest addition to our growing presence in the Mountain West and gives us a strong foothold in the Phoenix metro area. We look forward to working together with Green Mango to continue to expand and create opportunities for the team,” Jay Keating, PestCo CEO.
