MAI Capital Management completed the acquisition of Halpern Financial.

MAI Capital Management, a registered investment adviser specializing in comprehensive investment and financial planning for high-net-worth individuals and families, completed the acquisition of Halpern Financial, a fee-only, independent, fiduciary wealth management firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
