Merz Lifecare to merge with Oakley Capital-backed WindStar Medical.

Merz Lifecare, a provider of health, wellness and beauty products, agreed to merge with Oakley Capital-backed WindStar Medical, a provider of non-prescription health-care products. Financial terms were not disclosed.
