Radial Equity Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Plasticade, a traffic safety, sign frame and rubber products manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This partnership with Radial marks the start of an exciting new era for Plasticade, positioning the company for even greater growth and success going forward,” Geoff Glass, Plasticade Chairman.
