Urbaser, a waste treatment and recovery services provider, completed the acquisition of Spain and Portugal business from Stericycle, a compliance company that specializes in collecting and disposing regulated medical waste, such as medical waste and sharps, pharmaceuticals, hazardous waste, and providing services for recalled and expired goods. Financial terms were not disclosed. This acquisition confirms our commitment to investment in Spain and leadership in providing high added value circular solutions to our clients, advancing in the execution of our strategic plan.
