EMK Capital completed the majority investment in Arctic Seafarm.

EMK Capital, a growth-focused private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Arctic Seafarm, a Norwegian company that plan to establish land-based salmon and trout farms. Financial terms were not disclosed.
