Stakeboat Capital, a private equity firm, led a $12m Series A round in Economy Process Solutions, a vacuum and process solutions manufacturer. The investment will be directed towards accelerating growth, expanding the range of in-house manufactured products, increasing the company's global footprint, and entering new categories, particularly in food and beverage solutions.
