Vulcain completed the acquisition of Pagoline from Sodero and Siparex.

Vulcain, a multi-specialist engineering and consulting group, completed the acquisition of Pagoline, an engineering and consulting company applied to networks and infrastructures, from Sodero and Siparex, two private equity firms. Financial terms were not disclosed.
