VSE completed the acquisition of Kellstrom Aerospace from AE Industrial Partners.

VSE, a provider of aftermarket distribution and repair services, completed the acquisition of Kellstrom Aerospace, a full-service aftermarket solutions provider of value-added distribution and technical services for the commercial aerospace engine aftermarket, from AE Industrial Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to welcome the talented team of Kellstrom employees to the VSE Aviation family.
