Climartis completed the acquisition of Fischer Rohrleitungsbau.

Climartis, a company investing in clean-tech enterprises operating in thermal networks, photovoltaic systems and e-mobility markets, completed the acquisition of Fischer Rohrleitungsbau, a pipeline construction and machinery manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Fischer Rohrleitungsbau is a gem in a very interesting segment. What the Fischer family has built up is impressive and we will carefully continue it.
