NSI Groupe, a professional cleaning services provider, completed the acquisition of Gesti-Pro, a cleanliness and multiservice company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This strategic operation strengthens our presence in the region, by giving us a leading position, and fits perfectly into the strategy of our Ambition 2030 plan," Romain Tellier, NSI President.
