Direct Healthcare Group completed the acquisition of Sumed International.

Direct Healthcare Group, a medical device manufacturer specializing in pressure ulcer prevention and safe patient handling solutions, completed the acquisition of Sumed International, a Hadfield-based company known for its pressure ulcer prevention surfaces, accessories, and wheelchairs. Financial terms were not disclosed.
