Master Europe Automotive Systems, a producer and distributor of brake systems and components for commercial vehicles to acquire EBS Aftermarket Group, a UK-based distributor of braking systems and auto parts for commercial vehicles, for £56m. "This acquisition is part of the Company's strategy of internationalizing its business at Auto Parts Vertical, through product diversification and expansion of brands in its portfolio," Master Europe Automotive Systems.
