Noventa Energy, a Toronto-based provider of decarbonized heating and cooling solutions, completed the heat from wastewater assets from Scottish Water Horizons, a Dunfermline-based leader in sustainable energy. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition complements our plans to grow our operations across the UK and Europe. It also provides us with a new opportunity to further evidence the transformative impact of our innovative decarbonization technology," Dennis Fotinos, Noventa Energy CEO.
