Ashmore, an investment manager, completed the acquisition of the Peruvian rural electrification business and solar PV assets from Tozzi Green, an operator in the renewable energy sector. Financial terms were not disclosed. This transaction reinforces our strategy of focusing on Italy and Europe, geographical areas where we aim to significantly grow our installed capacity in the coming years.
