Adelis Equity Partners-backed Circura completed the acquisition of Trexab.

Adelis Equity Partners-backed Circura, an operator of a group of specialized, service-focused contractor companies, completed the acquisition of Trexab, a construction and renovation company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We at Trexab look forward to being able to move into the next gear when we become part of Circura.
