Trustar Capital Partners to acquire a 19.23% stake in Fast Food Holdings from CITIC for $430m.

Trustar Capital Partners, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire a 19.23% stake in Fast Food Holdings, a fast-food chain operator, from CITIC, an investment company, for $430m. Fast Food Holdings owns 52% of the holding company managing McDonald's businesses in mainland China and Hong Kong.
