GIC to acquire a 45% stake in GasLog from BlackRock.

Synopsis

GIC, an institutional investor, agreed to acquire a 45% stake in GasLog, a provider of LNG shipping services, from BlackRock, an asset manager. Financial terms were not disclosed. “GasLog has enjoyed an excellent partnership with BlackRock since 2021 and during this period has continued to build a world class fleet of modern LNG carriers serving some of the world’s leading energy players.
