Construction Partners to acquire Lone Star Paving for $654m.

Construction Partners, a construction company in Dothan, Alabama, agreed to acquire Lone Star Paving, a pavement company providing paving solutions at a fair price in Texas, for $654m. "We look forward to joining the CPI team and expanding the Texas platform.
