Abstract Venture, a venture capital firm, led a $40m Series B round in Socket, a cybersecurity platform that protects companies from software supply chain attacks, with participation from Andreessen Horowitz, Bret Taylor, Phil Venables, Scott Johnston, Christina Cacioppo, Ann Mather, and Tobias Lütke. "It just seems like the right time to raise, to go faster, because we're doing well. Why not seize the opportunity and just use the funds to go faster?
