Eagle Merchant Partners completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Sam The Concrete Man.

Eagle Merchant Partners, an Atlanta-based private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Sam The Concrete Man, a residential concrete contracting franchise.
