Aurora Capital-backed Cold Chain Technologies completed the acquisition of Tower Cold Chain.

Aurora Capital-backed Cold Chain Technologies, a global provider of advanced thermal packaging and digital monitoring solutions, completed the acquisition of Tower Cold Chain, a provider of advanced passive reusable cold chain solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed.
