Kärcher, a German cleaning technology company, completed the acquisition of Arma Products, a cleaning machines developing and assembling company. Financial terms were not disclosed. Integrating ARMA into Kärcher’s operations allows the company to have greater control over local manufacturing, aligning with its ‘Make in India’ initiative.
