Bora Pharmaceuticals completed the acquisition of Pyros Pharmaceuticals.

Bora Pharmaceuticals, a contract development and manufacturing organization, completed the acquisition of Pyros Pharmaceuticals, a pharmaceutical company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We see incredible synergies between Upsher-Smith and Pyros.
