Atlas completed the acquisition of REHAU Automotive from REHAU.

Atlas, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of REHAU Automotive, an automotive supplier, from REHAU, a diversified industrial group. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Atlas Holdings is the ideal partner for us. The combination of REHAU Automotive and SRG Global will add considerable strength and capabilities as well as yield benefits for customers and employees,” Veit Wagner, REHAU President.
