Vortex Capital Partners, a specialist investment firm focused on technology-driven companies, completed the acquisition of Bloxs Holding, a leading provider of Real Estate Accounting Software for property investment and management organizations. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Through its innovative software platform and loyal customer base, Bloxs has achieved impressive growth and established a strong position in the Dutch PropTech market.
