Goldman Sachs-backed LRQA completed the acquisition of Ergon Associates.

Goldman Sachs-backed LRQA, a provider of multi-sector quality assurance, inspection services and cyber-security services, completed the acquisition of Ergon Associates, a London-based market labour standards, human rights and gender equality consultancy. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Protecting workers and human rights has never been more urgent, and the complexity of global supply chains cannot excuse inaction.
