Winterberg and Healthcare Holding Schweiz completed the acquisition of MVB Medizintechnik.

Winterberg, an investment firm, and Healthcare Holding Schweiz, a player in the Swiss Medtech services and distribution sector, completed the acquisition of MVB Medizintechnik, a specialized distributor in the fields of cardiotocography.
