OceanSound Partners completed the acquisition of Antenna Research Associates.

OceanSound Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Antenna Research Associates, a provider of integrated radio frequency and advanced communications products to the aerospace and defense end-markets. Financial terms were not disclosed. “ARA’s comprehensive RF solutions portfolio is well positioned to address critical US Department of Defense priorities such as the modernization of legacy technology systems and development of lower-cost and high performance unmanned aerial systems and counter UAS solutions to better manage threats from US adversaries.
