Fasadgruppen Group completed the acquisition of Clear Line Holdings for £120m.

Fasadgruppen Group, a Stockholm-based provider of sustainable façade solutions, completed the acquisition of Clear Line Holdings, a Sheffield-based full-service façade contractor specializing in fire remediation projects, for £120m.
