A&M Capital-backed Carton Pack completed the acquisition of Clifton Packaging.

A&M Capital-backed Carton Pack, a provider specialized multi-material packaging solutions, completed the acquisition of Clifton Packaging, a company that specialise in manufacture of packaging, packing machinery and contract packing predominantly in the food sector. Financial terms were not disclosed.
