SPIE to acquire Elektromontaz-Poznan.

SPIE, a provider of multi-technical services in the areas of energy and communications, agreed to acquire Elektromontaz-Poznan, a company specialized in electrical installation services including design, consulting, delivery and installation. Financial terms were not disclosed. “By joining SPIE, we have found a strong partner to further develop our activities.
