Hawk Infinity completed the acquisition of Infosoft from Infoteam Software.

Hawk Infinity, a Norwegian private investment company, completed the acquisition of Infosoft, specializing in providing IT solutions for companies operating in the subscription economy, from Infoteam Software, a provider of custom software solutions for a variety of industries. Financial terms were not disclosed. This partnership will provide Infosoft with even greater strength to achieve our growth ambitions, ultimately delivering enhanced solutions for our customers,” Tore Sundbäck, Infosoft Chairman of the Board.
