LifeFit Group to acquire MyLifeStyleClub from Body Culture Group.

LifeFit Group, a company specializing in fitness and health platforms, agreed to acquire MyLifeStyleClub, a company focused on managing fitness clubs, from Body Culture, a fitness focused services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "In recent years, we have significantly expanded our studio network across Germany. I am particularly pleased about the current acquisitions in Frankfurt, Darmstadt, and the surrounding areas, which strengthen our presence at the LifeFit Group headquarters in Frankfurt.
