Alzamora, a packaging company, completed the acquisition of Offset Print and Packaging, a designer and manufacturer of printed cartons and greetings cards in the UK. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Becoming part of Alzamora Group is a crucial step for Offset. This collaboration will allow us to benefit from extensive operational synergies, strengthen our capabilities to customers, and continue to grow in a competitive and globalised environment," Vince Brearey, Offset Print & Packaging General Manager.
