Insta Group completed the acquisition of PLC-Automation.

Insta Group, a Finnish family-owned company operating in industrial automation, industrial digitalization, cybersecurity, and defence technology, completed the acquisition of PLC-Automation, an automation engineering company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Together, we can deliver even more effective solutions and tailored services to our customers and create something that has not been done before.
