Carco PRP to acquire the non-core aerospace operation from SKF for $220m.

Carco PRP, a manufacturer of sealing components, agreed to acquire the non-core aerospace operation from SKF, a Swedish bearing and seal manufacturing company, for $220m. "I'm pleased that we have been able to deliver on our prior promises and successfully reached an agreement to divest this successful but non-core business at accretive multiples.
