Virya Energy to acquire Sunopée from Léon Grosse.

Virya Energy, an energy transition projects development, financing, and operation services provider, agreed to acquire Sunopée, a decentralized photovoltaic solutions provider specializing in solar self-consumption, from Léon Grosse, a French civil engineering and construction firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The addition of Sunopée to Virya Energy is an excellent opportunity for both companies.
