Technosub Group to acquire the EDDY water treatment system line from Fordia Group.

Technosub Group, a provider of customized, innovative and sustainable dewatering pumping and water management solutions, agreed to acquire the EDDY water treatment system line, from Fordia Group, a mining company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The addition of the EDDY system to our product range helps us consolidate our market presence while ensuring our clients receive a quality product, supported by a team of field experts. We will ensure we maintain the high level of quality and efficiency that defines it,” Eric Beaupré, Technosub Group CEO.
