UNITED GRINDING Group, a provider of grinding, eroding, laser, and measuring machines, agreed to acquire GF Machining Solutions, one of the world's leading providers of complete solutions for manufacturers of precision parts and tools as well as mold and die makers, from Georg Fischer, a manufacturing company, for CHF650m.
