Mill Point Capital-backed Voltaris Power to acquire jefferson electric from ERMCO for $50m.

Mill Point Capital-Voltaris Power, an electrical power solutions platform, agreed to acquire Jefferson Electric, a Wisconsin-based transformer manufacturer, from ERMCO, a manufacturer of distribution transformers and transformer components, for $50m. “Jefferson Electric has been a cornerstone in the transformer industry for over 100 years, and as a part of Voltaris, it will continue to thrive,” Tom Klink, Voltaris Vice Chairman.
